While on Vacation this little Angel taught as I listened
The message? Inside of these rocks are crystals, watch and I will show you.
He broke the rock then handed me the pieces revealing the beauty within.
Rules
1. It is only permissible to pick up and break our own rocks.
2. Our own rocks consist of any obstacle between us and living our authentic selves.
3. Only ethical, nonviolent, legal means may be used.
4. There are no limits as to what are considered obstacles.

7. We alone are responsible for our actions or non action.
8. All ranges of emotions are allowed (see rule 3) passion being the most desirable.
